All raw materials are inspected at incoming stage with reference to OEM datasheet/drawing.
MSD(Moisture Sensitive Devices) maintained appropriately
All Raw Material retained in their Original Packing till they are taken for assembly
After use extra components (Active Devices) vacuum packed.
Electronic components heat soaked at elevated temperatures to filter out premature failure, infant mortality failure, or other latent defects.
PCB's are baked before assembly to remove the moisture content.
All electronic components holding areas such as Incoming, Stores, Production, Inspection and Testing are fully protected for electro static discharge
All operation staff equipped with ESD protection

Identify and Define the Problem
Prepare Interim Containment Plan, Implement and verify the Interim Actions if taken
Determine, Identify and Verify Root Causes and Escape Points for the failure using 5 Why analysis, Fish Bone diagram etc.
Select and Verify Permanent Corrective Actions for the Problem / Non Conformity identified.
Implement and Validate the Corrective Actions
Take Preventive Measures by Horizontal implementation of the corrective action across all products.

Reliability test for Solder Joints and Functional requirements of Assembled PCBs.
Burn in test using Environmental Chamber where the temperatures range can be set from –ve to +ve depending on the requirement
